Robert, of Bucksport Maine passed away Sunday May 8, 2022 surrounded by his wife Suzanne Williams, daughter Christine Williams, sister in law Vicki Haskell and husband Joe Haskell, and close family friends Bill and Lisa Chambers. Babe was born in Patterson GA on December 17, 1942. He was the son of the late Weightstille Griner Williams and Hattie Martin Williams. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his father in law Fulton Billings and mother in law Elizabeth (Betty) Billings of Bucksport Maine.

Babe traveled from Georgia to New Hampshire to Maine either by car or through his love of flying in his single engine plane. Owner of Eastern Pipe Service for 40 years he retired to Bucksport with Suzanne in 2012. A kind, gentle and humble soul, Babe was loved by all. A loving husband, caring father, devoted brother, and faithful friend. Babe will forever be in our hearts.
