Pumpkin Patch

HOW CAN A PUMPKIN MAKE A DIFFERENCE?

Since 2004 our Church front lawn turns many shades of orange during October and November as we continue to partner with Pumpkin Patch Fundraisers creating an opportunity for outreach within our community.  All ages come to help unload, display, paint, wander the patch, pick up a fresh homemade pie and have some good old-fashioned conversations.  Our proceeds from the Pumpkin Patch profit goes to help keep the church building open to provide space for:

  • AA and NA support group meetings
  • Doris Rice’s watercolors art-therapy group
  • Planet Rangers programs
  • End 68 Hours of Hunger food storage and packing
  • Seacoast Family Promise housing and meals
  • ProMusica rehearsal and meeting space
  • Seacoast Santa
  • ProPortsmouth First Night program
  • United Methodist and community special events
