Today was BYOD [Bring Your Own Device] day where we talked about the importance of getting our stories out there in the social media space.

Bevan Bloemendaal was quoted “Come on…if Jesus was physically sitting here in the sanctuary he would say to us with all the technology available today and the speed in which we can get the message out there…what on earth are you waiting for?  Let’s tell the world through one person at a time who tells another and another and another within seconds today”.

Everyone was brought through the church’s new website, Instagram, YouTube and Facebook accounts.

Sue Richards led the Kid’s Time putting together a Flood Bucket for Umcor Sunday and the importance of our silent offering each week that goes to this incredible organization helping so many in need.
